It is officially announced that ViceAdmiral ■ Sir Arthur Moore, second in command of the Ofoanoiel fleet, will succeed Vice-Admiral Sir Gerard Noel in command of the China squadron, and that Vioe-Admrral the Hon A. CurzorirJJowe, second in command of the China 6quadron, will succeed Vice* Admiral Sir Arthur Moore.
